Terms And Conditions
1. Introduction
This document outlines the terms and conditions (the "Terms") governing the "Join to Win a Deep Cleaning Service" marketing campaign (the "Campaign") offered by Colmaids LLC ("Colmaids," "we," "us," or "our"). The sole purpose of this Campaign is to promote and increase public awareness of the Colmaids brand. The Campaign is strictly for publicity purposes and is not intended for financial gain. No one is authorized to request or accept any monetary compensation or payment from any participant in connection with this Campaign.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Campaign, you must:

Not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of Colmaids LLC, or any of their immediate family members.
4. Participation Requirements
To enter the Campaign and qualify for a chance to receive a free deep cleaning service, you must complete the following steps as outlined in the Instagram advertisement for the Campaign:

Follow Colmaids on both Facebook and Instagram.

Like the specific post promoting the Campaign on Instagram.

Share the post promoting the Campaign with a friend by tagging them in the comments.

Complete the Form located in the link provided in the bio of Colmaids' Instagram profile.
5. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on August 15, 2024, and ends on August 25, 2024. All participation steps must be completed within this period. Colmaids LLC reserves the right to modify the Campaign period at its discretion.
6. Selection and Notification of Winner
There will be only one winner selected for this Campaign. The winner will be chosen at random from the pool of eligible Participants who have completed all participation requirements.
The selected winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or through the contact information provided in the form. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Colmaids LLC reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. About the "Deep Cleaning Service"
The deep cleaning service provided under this Campaign is subject to the following:

The service is geographically limited to Colmaids' service areas, which can be reviewed at the following link: Colmaids Service Areas.

The service is limited to a one-time deep cleaning for a residential property within these service areas.

The specifics of the cleaning service, including the scope and duration, will be determined by Colmaids LLC or you can enter the following link and learn what the deep cleaning service includes.

The service must be scheduled within the week following the receipt of the notification as the winner.
8. No Purchase Necessary
Participation in this Campaign does not require any purchase.
9. Publicity and Consent to Communication
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to allow Colmaids LLC to use your name, likeness, and any content related to your participation (including social media posts) for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Additionally, by participating in the Campaign, you consent to receive information about Colmaids LLC's services through various communication channels, including email, social media, and phone.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and in accordance with Colmaids LLC’s Privacy Policy.
11. Disqualification
Colmaids LLC reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these Terms, uses fraudulent means to participate, or otherwise engages in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Campaign.
12. General Conditions
Colmaids LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign at any time for any reason, including if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Colmaids LLC’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, as determined by Colmaids LLC in its sole discretion.
13. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Colmaids LLC and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in the Campaign or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of the free deep cleaning service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
