Any cleaning appointment cancelled within less than 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a cancellation fee of $30.00 for the first instance. A subsequent cancellation will be subject to a fee of $50.00, in accordance with our Terms of Service. As we specifically reserve this time slot for your appointment, the cancellation fee will be allocated to compensate our cleaners, who would otherwise be assigned to another client.
