What services are excluded from the cleaning services?

1. Handling multiple loads of dishes (this can be added as an extra service; please consult our customer service team)

2. Cleaning biohazards (including mold, blood, and bodily fluids)

3. Removal of animal waste (such as pet feces, urine, vomit)

4. Cleaning properties with infestations (e.g., bed bugs, cockroaches, rodents)

5. Cleaning excessively cluttered spaces that may pose a safety risk to our staff (e.g., hoarding, significant trash/debris)

6. Exterior window cleaning (this can be added as an extra service; please consult our customer service team)

7. Detailed cleaning of HVAC systems and vents

8. Heavy scrubbing of walls and doors (as it may cause discoloration or damage to paint)

9. Cleaning inside curio or china cabinets containing delicate items

10. Moving or lifting objects over 25 lbs. (while we can't move furniture, we will clean visible areas as best as possible)

11. Hard-to-reach areas (higher than 10ft), including tall windows, chandeliers, or high light fixtures (we only use a 2-step ladder; items beyond reach will be dusted with an extension duster. Some homes have high chandeliers or ceiling fans that we cannot reach by hand.)

12. Cleaning of excessively dirty blinds or fragile blinds. We cannot guarantee results for mini-blind cleaning.
