How will you gain access to my home?
We offer several options, and you can choose the one that best suits your preference:

Leave an authorization for key release with the leasing office or concierge.

Open the door for us if you plan to be present at every cleaning appointment.

Use a lockbox (either wall-mounted or door-hanging).

Provide us with a code for your garage.

Opt for a high-tech solution by installing a smart lock and controlling it via your mobile device.

Alternatively, you may hide a key in a secure location.

We will lock the door and return the key to its original location (if applicable) or even better over the refrigerator. If you reside in an apartment or condominium, please provide authorization to the concierge or leasing office. Note that some offices require written authorization or an email and are typically open only from 9 AM to 5 PM, so please schedule your services accordingly to ensure we can pick up and return the key, card, or fob.
During the booking process, you will have the opportunity to specify how we should access your home.
Please note: To avoid any inconvenience, we prefer not to retain keys after the service is complete.
